SalonQP returned to the Saatchi Gallery for the seventh edition of the show, from 12-14 November 2015 with record visitor numbers and the greatest number of exhibitors to date. Show attendance was up 23% on 2014, with the Saatchi Gallery frequently full to capacity.
Following an extensive communications campaign emphasising the range of SalonQP exhibitors, the show was able to attract global watch-world influencers, and both knowledgeable and novice collectors alike, joining its established audience of passionate connoisseurs and enthusiasts.
Visitors came to admire our finest timepieces made entirely hand-made using traditional watchmaking techniques such as our “mat-polish”, this technique is used for some of our dials. We presented the Tourbillon Chiming Jump Hour, a watch pre-selected at the GPHG 2015 in the striking category. This watch summarizes the benefits of three systems. It shows the time in all mechanical representations: analogically by the minute hand, digitally by the aperture and audibly by the gong hammer with the passing of every hour which has a movement made in house. It was an amazing event!
